This day long course gives an introduction to key ingredients and dishes in the traditional colourful Middle Eastern Mezze. The course introduces traditional culinary techniques in creating classic dishes such as Baba Ganoush and Muhammara, as well as how we can make these dishes more sustainable by using UK grown ingredients such as yellow peas and lentils.
