At Stem + Glory we collect personal information from you in order to provide you with a service.
When making a booking over the phone, we collect a phone number from you as we may need to contact you to confirm your booking, or in case of any changes to your booking. We use a third party provider for our table bookings online, and they collect a phone number, and if provided, and email address. You are under no obligation to provide an email address, but we encourage you to sign up to our mailing list to receive information about our products and services. Your name and phone number will be stored only on our online table booking system, and if requested can be deleted.
Our 2016 Crowdfunders have their name, email and reward amounts stored on our Epos system in oder that we can process their rewards. 2018 Crowdfunders do not have their details stored. Customers who have credits are added to our till system along with either an email of phone number in order that we can identify you correctly. These contact details are used for the purpose of identifying customers and no other purpose. We can delete your details from our till system if requested.
If opted in to our mailing list, you will receive marketing emails from us for products and services we think will be of interest. We encourage you to regularly update your preferences and select your areas of interest and receive targeted information and offers that are of relevance. You can easily unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Deleting your data
Your personal details are only used to manage your customer account with us, and for no other purpose. We never share your details with any other organisation or individual. Upon request, we are able to remove your details from our till, table booking and mailing list.
