Crowdfunding round 2018 - PRE REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
In mid-late March 2018 we’re launching our £350,000 funding round for our new flagship restaurant in London, and preparing to roll out the Stem + Glory brand UK wide.
In 2016 we raised £100,000 in just 21 days. Thank you to all those awesome people that helped us open our first location and to all those people that came flooding through our doors since then.
This round is different from our rewards based campaign - this time your investment is for a share in Stem + Glory, and you can invest anything from £10. We have already had ALOT of interest in this funding round, so we are taking steps to ensure that our Crowd get the first chance to invest.
From now until midnight on 12th March, you can pre-register for the crowdfunding by filling out a few details on the right.
Then just before we launch publicly, for 24 hours, you will receive a personal link to make your pledge on the Crowdcube website before our campaign goes public. In the event of receiving pledges of more than £500,000, investors will be selected via a random ballot. You'll need to complete within the 24 hour window, or we’ll open your space up to another person from the random ballot.
You'll need to be quick during the private phase, and we recommend registering NOW on Crowdcube, and possibly even making a small investment on another campaign so you know how it works and are all set up and ready to go.
If you supported our crowdfunding round in 2016 year you’ll get first chance at investing this time round if you would like to. You’ll still need to pre-register and pledge the amount you’d like to invest, but you will get priority (no random ballot)
